Refund Policy
An unused top-up: 7 days, no questions asked
If you top up and change your mind, write to us within 7 days of the purchase. As long as your balance still holds all the credits that top-up added, we refund the whole amount, including any bonus credits it came with, which are simply removed. You do not have to justify the request.
Once any credit from a top-up has been spent on a reading, the money for that top-up is no longer refundable. What we do about a reading that disappointed you is covered next.
A reading that disappointed you: credits back
If a reading isn't what you hoped for, tell us within 7 days of generating it and we return its credits to your balance. You do not have to justify the request either.
Returned credits can be spent on any reading, but they are credits, not money: they are not paid out. We would rather return a reading's credits than keep them from a person who feels short-changed.
How to ask
Email thechanflow@gmail.com from the address on your ChanFlow account and say which top-up or which reading it is about. Purchases are tied to an account, so that address is all we need to find the order.
You do not need to delete anything or send the reading back. It stays yours.
How long it takes
We aim to action refunds within 2 business days of your email. Money goes back by the same method you paid with; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 business days. Returned credits appear on your account page as soon as we have handled the email.
If something went wrong
If you paid but the credits never arrived, or a reading was cut off, incomplete, or generated from the wrong details because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will put it right — add the credits, regenerate the reading, or refund the top-up, your choice — and the time limits above do not apply.
Chargebacks
If you are unhappy, please email us first. A refund is faster for you than a chargeback, and it lets us understand what went wrong. A chargeback removes the credits of that top-up from your account. Nothing here removes any right you have to dispute a charge with your bank.
